Initial Meeting and Preliminary Design
Our experienced team will work with you to determine your design goals and product needs for each space in your home or project. We listen carefully and collaborate effectively to understand your goals, design targets, and budget, and then produce a preliminary design.

Design Reviews and Final Design
A close review of the cabinet layouts will ensure your space will function how you want it to. Design review sessions with our staff will ensure that any issues or changes are addressed before we submit the final design for your approval. As needed, we can provide floor plans, cabinet layouts, interior elevations and 3D renderings of each space.

Ordering and Timeframes
Once all stakeholders have approved the final design, we will collect your deposit, order your products, and establish a delivery date. Cabinet orders can take from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the cabinet manufacturer, degree of customization, and other factors. Countertops are typically installed between 3-6 weeks after the cabinet installation.

Cabinet Delivery and Installation
Cabinet installation is typically completed by the client, or by the client's contractor or the GC's sub-contractors. Depending on location, Hillstone Signature may or may not offer in-house cabinet installation services if needed.

Countertop Fabrication and Installation
Once the cabinets are fully installed, digital templates/measurements for countertops can be made. Material slabs are ordered, in-shop fabrication proceeds, followed by professional installation. Backsplashes and tile are installed after the countertops.

Warranty
At Hillstone Signature, client satisfaction with the final outcome is crucial. To ensure this, we have an industry exclusive 3/12 warranty. Our team will check in with you at 3 months and again at 12 months after installation to review and repair any issues you may have with your cabinetry or countertops.
